VISUAL MATH
is most famous now for his Theorem:
ďA squared plus B squared equals C squared." Yet Aacademia seldom displays his own visual of the theorem (left), nor connects it to musical harmony (3, 4, 5 ratios) and units of time (3x4x5=60).

These simple relationships allow music, and the time through which it flows, to be visualized in 2D planes using triangles, squares and pentagons, and in 3D space using their related polygons. This knowledge was used in ancient art and architecture, all over the world, for at least 2500 years before Pythagoras, and is the foundation of Visual Literacy.

The study of visual symbology and iconography is virtually nonexistent in modern education, despite the fact that it is used daily in product design, media production and advertising.
